Matthew previously built an online meal delivery business that he grew and successfully exited within three years. With his passion for health & nutrition, he and his co-founders set out to develop a product that would be impactful across both the advanced and developing parts of our world. That vision led to the concept and development of the MealCube. Within Meepo, Matthew’s focus is on advancing the company’s vision through product innovation and design. As a global advocate he’s also sharing Meepo’s bold vision of democratizing nutrition by engaging and partnering with forward thinking governments and socially responsible global corporations. Matthew’s track record of leadership and organizational development ensures that Meepo’s vision will come to life by unlocking the significant and inherent value every living person has, thus enabling millions of people to now make their unique contribution to the world.
Theodore Elonis
Theodore Elonis
Theodore previously built an online meal delivery business that he grew and successfully exited within three years, with a focus on product development, operations and logistics.
Within Meepo, Theodore’s focus is on product development and operations. He works directly with the CTO and R&D team to take lab-scale products through optimization and commercialization – making innovation practical.
As COO, he’s also contributing to Meepo’s bold vision of democratizing nutrition by reducing the costs of our core products through new research & development, proprietary blend creation, supply chain optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
Andres Arrocha
Andres Arrocha
Andres graduated as a Biochemical Engineer from the Technological Institute of Veracruz, then obtained an MSc in Biochemistry from The Autonomous University of Mexico. He started his career in academia, publishing scientific articles, before leaving to start his own innovation lab. He was dedicated to prototyping new sensors, foods, and technologies, advising companies all over the world on nutraceuticals, biosensors, and novel food development. Andres joined Meepo in 2020 and led development of Meepo’s first core product MealCube. As Chief Technical Officer, Andres oversees all development in Meepo’s pipeline such as Meepo 3-D and others.
